Russia-Ukraine War: US President Joe Biden has announced to give air defense system to Ukraine. He said that Russia is failing in this war. Biden was speaking at the summit organized on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of NATO. During this, while welcoming the leaders of the member countries, he said, the United States, Germany, Netherlands, Romania and Italy will give five additional strategic air-defense systems to Ukraine.
He said that in the coming months, the US and its partner countries will give Ukraine dozens of additional tactical air defense systems. Biden said that after giving these defense systems, we will ensure that Ukraine remains on the front line. Pointing towards Russia, Joe Biden said that Ukraine will get such assistance before anyone else gets it. Biden said, overall Ukraine will receive hundreds of additional interceptors by next year, which will protect Ukrainian cities from Russian missiles. It will also help Ukrainian soldiers to face air attacks on their front lines.
1 million people have left Russia
Biden said that ‘there is no doubt that Russia is losing this war.’ Russian President Vladimir has spent more than two years in this war, and his defeat is shocking. He said, more than 3 lakh 50 thousand Russian soldiers have been killed or injured in this war. About 10 lakh Russian people have left their country, because they no longer see any future in Russia.
Ukraine has been standing in front of Russia for two and a half years
Biden said, remember Kiev, friends, which was being told that it was going to lose in five days. Well, it is still standing even after two and a half years and will continue to stand. Putin thought before this war that NATO would break, but NATO is stronger today than ever before. Biden said that Ukraine was an independent country before this war and it is still an independent country today.
